A Day Out With Henry Hill

Some time ago, I got to spend an eventful day with Henry Hill. The main inspiration for the Scorsese movie Goodfellas starring Ray Liotta as Henry. Writer Annette Witheridge and myself, spent the day visiting Henry’s old haunts and various sites where certain people went missing. Many of which were chronicled in Goodfellas. Henry was a character and I mean a character. I didn’t have getting thrown out of the Airport Diner with Henry Hill on my bingo card. It was slightly surreal, hearing the stories of years past from the guy that was there. Definitely one of those commissions that I will always remember. My youngest brother Jack was over visiting and assisted on this shoot. He got to meet the last remaining Goodfella…
